Fresh noodle is a new kinds of noodle with more than fifty percent moisture, which is mostly made of flour by mixing, aging, pressing, boiling, packing and sterilizing.

Our product is mainly made of high quality wheat, using advanced acid treatment and fresh-keeping technology, produced by automatic facilities imported from Japan. Fresh noodle is preservatives free and its shelf life up to one year. It is called Long Life Noodle in Japan, The procedure of making fresh noodle includes boiling in stead of deep frying and drying, which are common procedure in ordinary instant noodle. The ingredients are elaborately selected. Fresh noodle is much smooth, elastic and tasty than hand-rollednoodle.
